The Faculty of Hospitality Management and Catering Technology is equipped with 3 training restaurants, each of which offer students a different dining experience to practise in.
It is here that students learn the A to Z of serving different cuisines to different customers in different formats, right from fast food to formal dining. Students are taught the right way to set a table, the precise placement of plates and cutlery and how they differ with each dining experience. They understand how each cuisine comes with its own rules of service, and learn how to manage banquet operations, in-room dining, and specialised services.
This hands-on experience stands students in good stead in the real world, helping them serve with confidence, style and a smile, regardless of the circumstances.
Training Restaurant 1
Students are taught about every aspect of food and beverage operations for different styles of dining, ranging from formal to fast food.

The state-of-the-art equipment and facilities at this training restaurant gives students the opportunity to master the art of mixology. They are also educated on wine service.
