Housekeeping plays an important role in the service experience of every hospitality venture, whether it is a hotel, a resort, or even a restaurant. 

FHMCT has two well-equipped labs where students are taught about layout planning, linen management, uniform design, gardening and flower arrangement, as well as several other practical aspects of housekeeping. 

Housekeeping Lab 1

Equipped with a few manual and mechanical equipments and tools, Lab 1 is where students are taught about the basics of hotel bed making, trolley set up, brassoing, etc.

Housekeeping Lab 2

In Lab 2,students learn to perform advanced practical tasks, including creating templates of room layouts, furniture design, terrarium making, mending of linen and clothes, and flower arrangement, among other things.
