From light and fluffy treats to rich creamy indulgences, the Bakery and Confectionery at FHMCT is where students learn all there is to learn about baking and dessert making. Students begin with the basics and gradually advance to complex patisserie making, carefully cultivating their skills and knowledge as chefs as they progress.
